email notices

I can't remember how I signed up for email notices for replies so I can't figure out how to cancel that. I check in here all the time anyway so I don't need the notices. Help?

Never mind -- figured it out.

It's automatically defaulted for email notices. So thanks for asking the question Cath as I'm sure someone else probably has the same question.
So for anyone who hasn't yet turned them off but want to, just go to profile at the top of the screen, in the tabs click on preferences, and then you'll find something about email notifications and click no.

Why is it that your account is automatically deleted if you don't log in just for a day? ???
Is there a way to change that?

I can't perform any aminstrative functions from work - the admin panel won't load on this computer.

I'm going to be in the chatbox on the index page if anybody needs any help transitioning over here.
